Located adjacent to the Swimming Pool are charcoal barbecues and picnic tables available on a first come first use basis. Residents will need to bring their own charcoal.

 

 

 

 

 

Directly East of swimming pool parking in the cul-de-sac is a car wash area for residents. Please make sure you turn off the water after you wash your vehicle.

 

 

 

 

 

There are 20 Gardening Plots available to residents. Announcements for reservations for available plots are usually posted in Early April.

 

 

 

 

 

Commercial grade washers, dryers, folding tables and laundry carts are located in Buildings 7 and 27. A prepaid card is required to operate washers and dryers. New cards may be purchased at the building 7 Laundry Room. Cards can be reloaded with funds at both locations. Residents may also use the mobile app to operate the washers and dryers.

 

 

 

 

 

A limited number of small capacity storage units are available. To see if a unit is available or to be added to the waiting list please contact the Maintenance Office.

 

 

Swimming Pool Facilities
Our newly renovated swimming pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day for all residents to enjoy. A lifeguard is on duty during operating hours to ensure a safe environment. The pool house offers lawn games and board games that residents may check out for the day, making it a perfect spot for summer relaxation and fun.

 

 

 

 

The playground provides a safe and well‑maintained area for children to play. Featuring age‑appropriate equipment and open access for all residents, it’s a great spot for families to gather outdoors. No pets are allowed in the playground area. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
