2025 SUMMER POOL SCHEDULE
Weekends only: May 24, 2025 – June 22, 2025
Everyday June 23, 2025 – Sept 2, 2025
HOURS OF OPERATION
Sunday and Monday 12 pm to 6pm
Tuesday through Saturday 11 am to 8 pm
▪ Pool passes are required for entry. Each unit receives one free pass that covers up to 4 people. You may purchase a season guest pass for a one-time fee of $10 which will allow you to bring up to 2 additional persons to the pool. (Each unit may purchase up to 2 guest passes). The Resident of the unit must accompany any persons who do not live within the community.
▪ Pool Passes will now be permanent and will not expire. You will keep this pass and use it each year. In the event you sell your unit, you are required to give it to the new owner at your closing. Replacement passes are $25.
▪ Proper supervision of all persons under the age of 16 is required at all times. Toddlers must wear swim proof diapers as per Suffolk County Health Department Regulations.
▪ Air-filled swimming aids, such as water wings and floats, should not be used in place of approved life jackets. If you use one for swimming, choose a life jacket that is U.S. Coast Guard-approved (I-III label) and properly fitted.
▪ Floats, noodles, and pool toys are not permitted.
▪ No pool parties are allowed. No running. No diving. No pets in the pool area. No drinking of alcohol in the pool area or picnic area. No urinating in the pool.
▪ Beverages in plastic containers are allowed. Meals should be eaten at the picnic tables outside of the pool area. No glass bottles or containers in the pool area. No alcohol in the pool area. No smoking or vaping in the pool area. No drug-related activity.
▪ Residents and guests should wear proper swimming attire and shower before swimming.
▪ No swimming during inclement weather. It is at the discretion of the life guard if the pool will be shut down due to weather. The managing agent and the board do not have any say in this regard. If the pool is shut down due to weather, it is to ensure the safety of all pool goes and the lifeguard.
▪ Failure to follow pool staff directives, harassment of pool staff, inappropriate behavior, or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated and may result in loss of pool privileges for the season.
▪ Every effort will be made to keep the pool open during scheduled hours of operation; however, the pool may be closed without notice for repairs, weather or staffing issues.
▪ Failure to follow these rules may result in loss of pool privileges and or fines.
