Pay Maintenance Online

 

 

Here are the directions for paying online on KliknPay:

 

If you would like to make your Association fee payment online, you can use our website.  You would go to www.greenviewny.com, once you are there you will:

• Click on “Residents”
• Click on “Make Payments Online”
• Click on “Condos, Coops, HOA’s”

• This will bring you to a screen that says “powered by KliknPay.”  At this point, you can click on “Sign Up” or “Pay as Guest”.   

 

• Association ID# REFER TO YOUR STATEMENT
• Account# REFER TO YOUR STATEMENT

 

Once you are in, you will need to enter your information, create a password and enter a payment method.  There is a convenience fee of 2.95% if you use a credit card, otherwise, there is no fee if you use a checking account.  

 

Once the information is in, you can go to “Overview” and from there you can either make one-time payments or you can set up recurring payments that will automatically be sent each month. If you set up recurring payments, please choose “FIXED MONTHLY PAYMENT” as the payment type.
