To help GT focus on true maintenance concerns, please follow the instructions below and direct your requests to the appropriate party:
1. Pool Hours
- For questions or concerns about pool hours, email the Board of Directors at: bod@stonyhollow.net
2. Laundry Room Issues
3. Parking Issues (Including Handicap and Reserved Spaces)
4. Gate Sensor Codes
- To request a gate sensor code and schedule a pickup appointment, submit a work order through your AppFolio Resident Portal or Call Smart Maintenance at 631-801-4426
- GT will follow up to coordinate your pickup appointment.
5. Maintenance Requests
- Non-emergency: Submit a work order via AppFolio or call Smart Maintenance at 631-801-4426
- Emergency: Call or text Smart Maintenance 24/7 at 631-801-4426. A live agent will determine if the situation qualifies as an emergency and, if so, notify the Property Manager.
6. Extended Parking Requests (Vacation)
- If your vehicle will remain on the property for more than 7 days due to travel, email Renee in advance at rjohnson@greenviewproperties.com. Include the following information:
- Make and model of the vehicle
- License plate number
- Dates the vehicle will be parked
- Your unit number
