Processing Cooperative Questionnaires

Please be informed that the processing of cooperative questionnaires requires the following steps:
 
Questionaries Are Only Processed by Greenview Properties by mail submission.

Fee
  • The processing fee is $325. 
  • Audited Financial Statements Available upon request at $25 per year. Add this amount to your certified check if requested. Indicate the number of years required on the form.
  • Payment must be made only by CERTIFIED BANK CHECK payable to Greenview Properties, Inc. Personal, business, or attorney checks are not accepted — no exceptions. 
  • Non-certified payments will be returned, resulting in processing delays.
 
Submission Instructions
  1. Complete the required form 
  2. Mail the following together in one complete package:
    1. The completed form
    2. The lender's questionnaire
    3. A certified bank check for the total amount
  3. Important Do not email any part of the request. Partial or incomplete submissions will delay processing.
  4. Mail to:

Upon receipt, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
 
Please note that we do not track questionnaires via email. Therefore, it is crucial that all necessary information is provided in the mailed package to prevent any delays in processing.
